ROFIM CHOOSES EURIS HEALTH CLOUD® TO CONSOLIDATE TELEMEDICINE “MADE IN FRANCE”
Rofim has chosen the Euris Health Cloud Hybrid® AWS solution for the deployment of its secure telemedicine platform, designed to facilitate the exchange, sharing and mutual support between members of the medical community in France.
Rofim’s medical platform was born to meet the growing demand of healthcare professionals to exchange & share their expertise to improve the management of complex diseases, in a secure environment.
Since its arrival in 2018 on the digital health market, Rofim’s mission is to improve patient care while facilitating the daily life of healthcare professionals, through the services offered of teleconsultation, tele-expertise, Multidisciplinary Consultation Meeting and instant secure messaging.
THE BEGINNING OF A FRUITFUL COLLABORATION
Since the start of the collaboration in 2019, the SaaS application has been hosted by Euris Health Cloud® through a secure and dedicated infrastructure, integrating the AWS service catalog. This hybrid modality guarantees an efficient exchange of information, respecting the specific and sensitive nature of healthcare data.
The adaptability of the health data hosting infrastructure was a key criterion for Rofim. The ongoing geographical expansion requires a flexible, highly secure and rapidly scalable architecture. Euris Health Cloud® Hybrid AWS is the perfect answer to this challenge, providing the best of both cloud worlds: a private cloud infrastructure interconnected at high speed with AWS public cloud resources. All secured, approved and certified by Euris Health Cloud® for all 6 activities defined by the HDS: 2018 and ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 certifications.

REINVENTING HEALTH SERVICES IN TIMES OF CRISIS
Teleconsultation on Rofim was created following the emergence of COVID 19 in response to a need of user physicians. In concrete terms, it was a question of participating in the collective effort to curb the spread of Covid, by making it available to hospitals free of charge.

The Rofim solution is the result of a long observation, listening and research work to develop together with the users – the whole medical world – an intuitive solution materialized by a collaborative diagnosis and telemedicine platform tailor-made.

Our IT team needed to identify an AWS outsourcing partner for the implementation of our platform. After prospecting and meeting with the various providers we identified, we opted for Euris Health Cloud® and the Hybrid Cloud offering set up with AWS.
This choice was motivated primarily by the fit we had with the team. The human factor is important when you make this kind of long-term choice.
Secondly, the compliance with the regulatory frameworks applied internationally. This global coverage reinforced our choice.
Our medical community is constantly evolving, we currently have more than 5,000 doctors using the service and the objective is to expand the coverage to other territories. To keep up with our expansion ambitions, the scalability criterion becomes essential. The Euris Health Cloud® Hybrid AWS offer seemed to us a good choice, with a secure and flexible infrastructure that can adapt to our growth.
The infrastructure’s flexibility, the project team’s responsiveness in managing the deployment of our healthcare platform and the support offered.
In parallel to the technical deployment, we are setting up synergies to promote our know-how. For example, we were able to share the successes of our platform during the digital health webinar organized in partnership with AWS last November.
